Anyone who knows me, knows that I love a good lipstick. 'Smoother' by Sleek as part of their True Colour Range is my go-to lipstick. I buy this at least once a month.
So you could only imagine my excitement when one of my favourite models Joan Smalls created her own Pure Colour Envy Matte line of lipstick with Estee Lauder.
The line features 12 amazingly coloured lipsticks, with one of my favourites being a deep, matte plum colour called 'Commanding'. Joan revealed that she came up with the first shade for the line, whilst preparing for this year's Met Gala. 'I knew my dress was going to be a simple tan gown by Vera Wang, and I was just sort of like, "This needs something".
Pretty much all of the shades are perfect for Autumn/Winter including a broad selection of reds, pinks, chocolatey browns and a dark burgundy plus they have a matte formula so the days of shinny lipsticks are gone. The range starts at £25/$30 and can be found here.
